As long as our Constitution does NOT have an Article, Amendment, or Clause to specifically address and deal with 'the' Income Tax Rate, the good Law Abiding Citizens, 90% of us, We The People will receive unequal treatment. It's up to us, to level the playing field.
While we have the Sixteenth Amendment to The Constitution for an Income Tax
make sure to understand how loopholes are "sneaked" into legislation through misuse of this amendment. How many ways can apportionment and enumeration be twisted to favor different classes of people?
No where is a rate or the amount expected listed. We are strictly at the mercy of the body with the lowest public rating, lowest level of confidence, and lowest opinion ever among We The People.

If Term Limits are good enough for the President of the United States, then Term Limits are good enough for every other elected office.
Let's move it down to One Term so they will not have to spend so much time and money on getting re-elected.

We the People do NOT receive Equal Voting Power with Election of The President of the United States via The Electoral College. During the historical time frame of when our Constitution was written and adopted The Electoral College served a useful purpose. With the ability and technology to count - tabulate votes in the modern era, it's time to return to the concept of "One Man - One Vote" where each voter has equal voting power. Unless our votes count equally we are not receiving equal representation.
We also support change/amendment to require ALL States to have Laws - Legislation pertaining to a method for The People to Recall their U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative.
We predict this project could take up to Ten (10 - 12 - 15 - 20) Years and maybe more to yield results.
But, it's up us, WE THE PEOPLE
Because we believe the professional politicians and the lobbyist they're in bed with, will fight against equality.
